We have finally opened our second store! Our sourdough bakery is located at Vulkan Depot (Maridalsveien 15). Our new bakery has a large kitchen which we truly needed, so that is where our main production is happening. We are still doing some production in Mathallen throughout the day when we need a refill, but a lot more happens at Vulkan Depot. We have huge windows into our kitchen if you want to come and take a look before opening hours. Never a dull moment!
At our new bakery you'll find sourdough bread, baguettes and brioche. We also have delicious cookies. Our cupcakes, pies and donuts are still available at our store in Mathallen.
The new bakery is beautifully decorated with pink flowers. The seating pads on our chairs are handmade by our co-owner Inger Marie Nordgård - and they are for sale!
